Booking & Availability
We recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance for weekday events and 4-8 weeks for weekends. For peak season dates (holidays, summer, wedding season), booking 2-3 months ahead is ideal to ensure availability.
Yes, we require a 50% deposit to secure your date. The remaining balance is due on the day of your event. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and checks.
Cancellations made 30+ days before the event receive a full refund. Cancellations within 30 days may forfeit the deposit. However, you can reschedule your event at no additional cost, subject to availability.
Yes! We try to accommodate last-minute requests whenever possible. Contact us directly by phone for the quickest response on urgent bookings. Additional rush fees may apply for very short notice.
Equipment & Setup
Space requirements vary by booth type: Classic Booth needs 10x10 feet, 360 Booth needs 12x12 feet, Mirror Booth needs 8x10 feet, and GIF Booth needs 8x8 feet. We'll assess your venue during booking to ensure the perfect fit.
Yes! All packages include a selection of standard backdrops. Higher-tier packages allow you to choose from premium options, and you can add a custom backdrop as an upgrade for a personalized touch.
Setup typically takes 30-60 minutes depending on the booth type and customizations. We always arrive at least 1 hour before your event starts to ensure everything is ready for your guests.
Yes, we need access to a standard 110V power outlet within 50 feet of the booth location. If outlets are far away, please let us know so we can bring appropriate extension cords.

All our packages include unlimited photo sessions. Your guests can take as many photos as they want during your rental time!
Absolutely! Digital copies are included in all packages. Guests can email photos to themselves, share directly to social media, or access them through our online gallery.

Pricing & Payments
No hidden fees! Our pricing is transparent. The only additional costs might be: travel fees for venues beyond 30 miles, add-ons you choose, or extended hours. All fees are discussed upfront before booking.

Events within 30 miles of our location are included free. For venues beyond 30 miles, we charge $1.50 per mile. We serve the entire metro area and beyond!
